    What about GS Pro ?
I have GC3 since last November and using FSX Play, but plan to subscribe to GS Pro ( $250 $USD ) for next fall.

I'm not a fan of paying for subscriptions year after year that is why both the software options are billed as a 1time fee. Also the recommended hardware requirements are less than GS Pro. The video card recommendations are 3080 NVIDIA GTX while the other 2 are only at 1070 GTX

Sure the β€œminimum” GPU may have a lesser requirement, but who wants the minimum ? I want the best graphics I can get to give me a great visual experience. I am running at 4K though. I’m OK with a subscription as there are hundreds of courses and new ones coming out regularly enough. I have 25 courses in my FSX Play and since I use my sim a lot, I’d really like some more variety. So maybe TGC for you over E6, as more courses.

I always look at the recommended specs and not the minimum I only have 10 on my Flightscope available via E6 Golf. TGC has a ton of courses but the newer E6 Home has 27 courses. I was putting more value on practice facilities and skill games while playing a round of golf is fun. I just can't get over having to pay for yearly subscription purchases.
