    Good luck. Skilled trades have their pick of jobs in this market. We have been trying for a while, as well, but pickings are slim.

    You may want to try posting for a 3rd year apprentice who is close to getting their ticket; i.e. they've finished their hours and schooling, but not written their test. There's a backlog of testing due to COVID, but once they get through, you'd have a ticketed millwright. You'd have to see how your CBA works with apprentices, but we worked with our union to make it happen.
